Razer Reclusa Mini 65% features hot-swappable magnetic switches
Redactie · October 27, 2026

Razer is expanding its lineup with the Reclusa Mini 65%, a compact keyboard with hot-swappable magnetic switches. You can adjust the actuation point for each key and choose between USB, 2.4GHz and Bluetooth connectivity. The highest polling rate of 8,000 Hz is reserved for a wired connection.
Adjustable actuation and Rapid Trigger
The Reclusa Mini 65% uses Razer Hall Effect Magnetic Switches. The actuation point is adjustable from 0.1 to 4.0 millimeters. This lets you choose a shallow actuation point for gaming, while requiring a deeper keypress before an input is registered when typing.
Rapid Trigger is also included, allowing keys to reactivate quickly. Razer also lists Snap Tap, Snap Flex and Dual-Keypress Priority as additional input features. The keyboard has room for six onboard profiles, so you can save different settings directly on the board.
- Form factor: compact 65% keyboard.

Wireless connectivity, wired 8,000 Hz polling
Bluetooth lets you switch between up to three devices. For wireless gaming, Razer offers its 2.4 GHz HyperSpeed connection. No polling rate is specified for this wireless mode; the advertised 8,000 Hz applies specifically to USB.
A multifunction dial provides access to controls including volume and brightness. The keys feature individually adjustable Chroma RGB lighting. Razer makes no claims about battery life in the announcement. A firm release date and suggested retail pricing for the Netherlands or Europe have not yet been announced either.
Customization goes beyond lighting
The hot-swappable PCB allows you to replace the magnetic switches. Razer includes a combined keycap and switch puller for this purpose. Exactly which other magnetic switches are compatible is not specified. Do not assume that every Hall Effect switch is supported without checking first.
To tune the sound and typing feel, Razer uses an IXPE foam layer, a PPS plate, lubricated stabilizers and two layers of silicone dampening. These are intended to reduce issues such as case resonance. Hands-on testing will have to establish how good it actually sounds and feels to type on. According to Razer, the south-facing LEDs are intended to provide more clearance for different aftermarket keycaps.
What does this mean for you?
The Reclusa Mini 65% is particularly interesting if you want a compact gaming keyboard that lets you customize both its input behavior and its components. A cable is still required for the maximum polling rate; wireless use here is primarily about flexibility. Before buying, wait for pricing, battery life details and a clear compatibility list for replacement switches. Those details will determine whether this keyboard is a practical long-term choice.
