SCUF Nomad gaming controller

The SCUF Nomad gaming controller was announced today. Mobile gaming clearly remains attractive to many manufacturers… which is hardly surprising given the sheer size of the gaming market, including its mobile segment. The SCUF Nomad gaming controller makes playing your mobile games much easier. It is like holding a mini Switch in your hands :).

Drawing on SCUF's years of design expertise and its track record in competitive console and PC gaming, Nomad is built to deliver a premium mobile gaming experience in a compact design you can take anywhere. According to Jake Tenorio, Director of Product Marketing at SCUF Gaming, “Nomad's contoured grips and full-size triggers are inspired by SCUF's innovative paddle controllers, redesigned for mobile. Nomad is a controller designed to feel natural in your hands,” Tenorio said. “Many mobile controllers do not prioritize comfort, which directly affects your gaming performance and how long you can play. SCUF's design philosophy puts ergonomics first, something customers will notice as soon as they pick up Nomad for the first time.”

Features

Nomad's full-size thumbsticks deliver precision and control, while anti-drift Hall-effect components provide lasting performance. The thumbstick layout is complemented by the positioning of Nomad's two rear paddles, a patented SCUF innovation that offers extra speed and control while helping to reduce hand strain. This design lets gamers use the thumbsticks and rear paddles simultaneously, just like the pros—a major step toward what SCUF considers the right way to play across all platforms.
